4th Gen Idol Announces Her Departure From Group, Signaling Silent Disbandment
Now, a well loved group has signed their own disbandment.
Girl group ILY:1 made their debut in 2022 under FC ENM with several contestants from Girls Planet 999.
ILY:1 | FC ENM The group remained active through 2024, but initially spark disbandment concerns with messages sent after a concert in 2025. At the time, their agency denied the disbandment rumors, promising that ILY:1 would return with more in the near future.
However, the group has been majorly silent since the, with member Rona revealing she had joined the LG Twins’ cheerleading team.
Popular Girl Group Member Suddenly Announces Career Switch
On June 12, it was announced that ILY:1’s Bubble fan chatting service would be coming to an end. A notice posted shared that the service would stop on June 26th, with no other messaging coming from the company.
With the group’s account being silent since December 2025 excluding one post for their anniversary, many have seen it as the beginning of the end.
