It was hit with hugely scathing criticism, with netizens hitting back at the promotion design, but others getting personal about Jisoo.

Following the announcement, a snippet of the song called “EYES CLOSED” was shared on October 8 (KST).

The snippet became a target of hate from netizens who hit back at Jisoo’s vocals, explaining that they had made it so her voice could barely be heard, seemingly criticizing the idol’s skills, especially compared to Zayn.
