BTS' Jimin and Jungkook received nominations for multiple categories at the upcoming 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards, alongside A-list peers.
The radio station dropped the line-up of awards and subsequent nominees, with Jimin nominated for "K-Pop Artist of the Year" and nominations for his track "Who," which is up for the categories "Best Lyrics" and "K-pop Song of the Year."
Alongside his bandmate Jungkook, the duo were also nominated for "Favorite On Screen," with their show Are You Sure?! bringing Jimin's total nominations to four, the highest number of nominations for a K-Pop soloist this year, tying the record for most nominations by a Korean solo artist, previously set by Jungkook last year.
Jimin is also the only Korean artist in history to be nominated for "Best Lyrics," a category with staunch competition against stars like Billie Eilish, Sabrina Carpenter, and Kendrick Lamar.
The iHeartRadio Music Awards ceremony will be held March 17 in Los Angeles, with a live broadcast on FOX.
Upon the release of his second solo album MUSE in July 2024, Jimin has dominated global charts, including Billboard's Hot 100, Global 200, and Global Excl. U.S., as well as the United Kingdom's Official Singles Chart, with "Who" topping the list.
Jungkook and Jimin, known for their decade-long friendship and unbreakable chemistry among friends, launched the Disney+ original series Are You Sure?! to their pre-enlistment travel adventures. The series is up against documentaries in the "Favorite On Screen" category, with films that depict the lives of megastars like Elton John and Bon Jovi.
