Short and to the point, the post ended on a positive note, with the idol promising to return to Weverse often to share updates.

“Hello everyone, it’s been a while. This is Suga. It’s been two years. How has everyone been? Today, I was officially discharged from the military, so I’m greeting you for the first time in a while. It’s a day I’ve been waiting for. But because it’s been so long, I thought a lot about how I should say hello again.

More than anything, I first wanted to sincerely say thank you to all the fans who waited for me. I really missed you.

Over the past two years, I think I had time to reflect on myself. I especially felt that I needed to step away from what I’ve been doing for a long time and see things from a little distance. Until now, I’ve just kept running forward without looking back at myself. But this time gave me the opportunity to reflect and look inward again.

To ARMY, thank you so much for waiting for me. And I’m truly sorry for the disappointment and concern caused by what happened last year.
I was especially hurt by the fact that I had hurt the fans’ feelings.
I also feel sorry to the members, who must have felt burdened in their own ways because of me.

Moving forward, I will do my best to repay the love you’ve given me.
I love you all. I’ll share more updates with you soon.”

With Suga now discharged, all members of BTS are officially done serving their military duties. Jin and J-Hope who have completed their service earlier have been active in making content and performing. RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook have also celebrated the end of their services with livestreams, social media updates, and more.
