When we dream it, we can be the one!
The Singapore Indoor Stadium became a portal through time last weekend as NCT Dream brought The Dream Show 4: Dream The Future to its final night in the Lion City. Over two electrifying days on October 18 and 19, the seven-member group — Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung — turned the venue into a futuristic dreamscape, where nostalgia, imagination, and emotion intertwined.

It was a milestone moment – for the first time ever, Singapore NCTzens (also affectionately known as Singzennies) witnessed the full 7DREAM lineup performing together, making this stop one of the most cinematic and emotionally charged chapters of their world tour.
The tour’s concept — time travel through DREAM’s nine-year journey — promised to celebrate their past while daring to envision their next chapter. And in true NCT DREAM fashion, the show delivered: high-tech visuals, blockbuster-level production, and heartfelt sincerity from start to finish.
The Dream Begins: A Futuristic Portal
The show opened like a movie. A dramatic VCR set the tone, teasing the night’s time-travel narrative before NCT Dream burst onto the stage with “BTTF,” “Deja Vu,” “Ridin’,” “ISTJ,” and “Boom.” The explosive sequence, backed by striking visuals and laser-perfect choreography, immediately showcased how polished and powerful the group has become.

The Mark–Jisung dance break in “Ridin’” ignited early screams from the crowd — a seamless display of leader and maknae synergy that highlighted the group’s growth since debut.

After the first VCR replayed iconic moments from past The Dream Show tours, the members returned in sporty jerseys, numbers emblazoned across their backs, for a nostalgic trio of “We Young,” “Dunk Shot,” and “Candy.” It was a nod to their boyish beginnings and the audience sang every lyric, celebrating the carefree sound of youth that captured their hearts in the early years.

But nostalgia quickly gave way to intensity when a whimsical second VCR flipped the mood. Set in a fantastical candy land, it showed the members being chased by a giant chocolate bar and gummy bear, only to realize they were “trapped in a world intoxicated by flavor.” The laughter this drew from the audience melted instantly into cheers as the lights dimmed, the music turned bass-heavy, and the members reappeared in striking new outfits for “Hot Sauce” and “Diggity.” The transition from sweet to spicy marked the perfect metaphor for NCT Dream’s evolution — playful yet mature, polished yet unpredictable.
Opening Ment: 7DREAM, Seven Voices, One Heart

With the crowd roaring, NCT Dream took their first pause of the night for introductions — a beloved part of every show where their humor and warmth shine through.
Mark led confidently, greeting fans with infectious enthusiasm. “Today is our last night in Singapore,” he said, smiling brightly. “Yesterday was so much fun, but I’m sure tonight’s going to be even better!” His enthusiasm was infectious, instantly setting the tone for the evening.
Renjun followed, greeting fans in Mandarin — a gesture met with delighted cheers from the multilingual audience. He playfully introduced himself as “Green Renjun,” referring to his freshly dyed hair for their upcoming comeback. “I’m so glad everyone could come tonight,” he said earnestly. “Please enjoy and be careful with your safety.”
Chenle, ever charismatic, greeted Singzennies with his iconic cheers. Beginning with his signature line from Deja Vu, “내 이름을 불러줘 (Call my name)” prompted a thunderous response as fans screamed back “Zhong Chenle!” He then shouted “Czennies!”, leading fans to respond with “牛逼!” (niú bī), a Chinese slang term meaning “awesome”. Following these signature exchanges, he switched into Mandarin, adding, “Let’s have fun together tonight. No regrets, okay?” — perfectly capturing the playful and electric bond between him and the fans.
Then came Jaemin, the group’s resident sweetheart, who instantly stole the spotlight with his playful scolding. “Did everyone eat before coming?” he asked, only to be met with loud shouts of no. His eyes widened as he exclaimed, “Why not? I told you not to skip meals! You need energy and nutrition to enjoy the show!” His dramatic fussing drew laughter from the entire stadium.
Jeno smiled as he took his turn, visibly energized. “We performed yesterday too,” he said, “but tonight the energy from both 7DREAM and Singapore NCTzens is even stronger. Let’s keep it that way till the end!”
Jisung, soft-spoken yet sincere, said, “I’m so happy to be back in Singapore. Did you miss us?” The screams that followed made him laugh shyly. “I missed you too. Please have fun tonight and stay safe.”
Finally, Haechan — ever the mood-maker — looked around the crowd with a grin. “I can’t believe it’s already our second day here,” he said. “We worked really hard yesterday, and when I woke up this morning… I thought, Wow I’m really getting older!” The crowd erupted in laughter, his comedic timing impeccable.
After their introductions, the group hyped the audience up for what came next — teasing a special performance featuring Haechan and Chenle. The lights dimmed, and the two delivered a smooth, expressive dance break to “1, 2, 3,” earning cheers for their synergy and stage presence.
Moonlit Dreams & Sultry Nights

As the show progressed, the stadium transformed again — a luminous projection of the moon bathed the arena in soft light, signaling a more introspective and emotional segment.

The group then performed “On the Way,” “You,” “La La Love,” and “My Page,” blending harmonious vocals with gentle choreography. The atmosphere turned intimate—fans waving their Neo Bong lightsticks in soft greens, creating a glowing sea of light that mirrored the dreamlike visuals on stage.

The third VCR transitioned the concert into its most striking visual chapter. NCT Dream reemerged in all-black ensembles with blindfolds, immediately setting a sultry, cinematic tone. Scarlet lighting bathed the stage as “Best of Me” unfolded, the group’s precise and sensual choreography captivating the audience. The eerie beauty of the performance drew a brief, stunned silence before cheers erupted, echoing throughout the stadium.
That energy peaked with Jaemin and Jeno’s duo dance break “STRONGER”—the undeniable highlight of the night. Even without the dramatic leather jacket drop seen at other tour stops, the duo’s controlled intensity and magnetic chemistry sent waves of screams through the crowd. Every movement radiated power, reaffirming why this unit is considered one of NCT Dream’s most electrifying highlights.
The Renjun Show & Grand Finale
After the high-energy stages, the members returned to engage the audience with playful banter. They asked if fans were having fun and joked that Singzennies are “sexy DREAM fans.” Reflecting on the three unit stages already performed, they hyped the crowd for Renjun’s upcoming solo.
While Renjun went to change, the remaining members continued the fun. They teased Jaemin and Jeno about having the “highest testosterone,” but Jaemin insisted they were actually soft boys, pointing out that they were Rabbit and Samoyed, their representative animal.
A spontaneous push-up challenge followed: Jaemin and Jeno did double the number of Mark’s push-ups, while Haechan, the only member left who hadn’t done push-ups over the two days, humorously limited himself to three to save energy for the rest of the show.

Finally, Haechan introduced the next song with flair, declaring, “Actually, this isn’t The Dream Show anymore… it’s The Renjun Show!” He teased that the audience was about to see the “angel of DREAM”, building anticipation for Renjun’s solo performance.
Renjun took the stage for his ethereal solo, “Moonlight” (Korean version). The serene performance, accompanied by soft lighting and minimalistic visuals, allowed fans to fully appreciate his emotive vocals.

The group then continued with “Broken Melodies” and “Trigger the Fever,” NCT Dream’s representative track, delivering an electrifying performance that had the stadium singing and dancing along in unison. The main set concluded with “Hello Future,” a grand finale featuring large-scale staging and choreography. Each song was a testament to the group’s growth and artistry, combining emotional resonance with futuristic, cinematic production. These numbers have long served as the group’s grand finales, and with the show’s impeccable staging, the closing became a moment that was truly unforgettable rather than routine.
Encore: Big Dreams, Big Thrills

Though the main set came to a close, the energy in the Singapore Indoor Stadium showed no signs of slowing. Before NCT Dream returned to the stage, Singzennies prepared a special surprise: a sing-along event to “Graduation”, with live footage of fans waving banners and pickets projected across the stadium. The members joined in when they returned on stage, singing a snippet together with the audience. Mark turned to the crowd and asked if they would like to hear this song at future The Dream Shows, earning a roar of approval, and the group promised to consider adding it to upcoming setlists.

The encore continued seamlessly with “Chiller,” “Off the Wall,” and “Rocket,” each performance packed with energy, choreography, and fan engagement. A particularly touching moment came when fans held up banners across the stadium reading “SG ♥ 드림,” prompting a group photo and smiles from the members as they acknowledged the fans’ dedication.
As the concert drew to a close, the group transitioned into their ending ment, taking a moment to reflect on the incredible two days in Singapore and sharing heartfelt messages with the fans.
Mark was the first to speak, his voice warm as he thanked fans for two unforgettable days. He asked the crowd what moments they had enjoyed most, teasing the upcoming album and remarking that since Singzennies are “sexy DREAM fans,” they would have to stay excited for what was coming. He expressed his gratitude for all the love they had received and promised never to take it for granted, thanking fans for helping create such special memories.
Renjun asked, “How was Green Renjun today?” and thanked everyone for attending, as well as his fellow members who had sung and danced alongside him. Seeing so many smiling faces, he shared that he felt energized by the fans and promised that they would meet again soon through a new album, encouraging everyone to patiently wait for it.
Chenle reflected on the two days in Singapore, noting how much fun he had with the fans and how well they had enjoyed the local cuisine. He expressed hope that NCT Dream could return for TDS5 and other events, admitting that two days felt too short. What stayed with him most, however, was the overwhelming sound of Singzennies singing along — so moving that he nearly removed his in-ears just to fully appreciate the moment.
Jaemin shared that seeing fans sing along from the very beginning, waving their Neo Bongs, had given him strength throughout the performances. He praised the audience once again, calling them his “prince and princesses,” and complimented their beautiful and talented voices. Though saddened that the Singapore concert had come to an end, he reassured fans that the group would return soon, urging everyone to stay healthy until that day.
Jeno admitted that he is usually drained by loud crowds, but the energy in Singapore had been overwhelmingly positive, recharging him and giving him even more excitement for the performances. He expressed gratitude for the chance to perform for two days, acknowledged his fellow members for their hard work, and promised that they would meet again in the future.
Jisung shared that both days in Singapore had been immensely fun and meaningful. Though the group cannot visit as often as they would like, he expressed deep appreciation for fans taking the time to support them. He also mentioned that his mother had attended the show, and that being able to perform in front of loved ones made the experience even more special. He hoped for many more moments like this with fans in the future.
Finally, Haechan asked if fans had enjoyed the show and expressed his delight at returning to Singapore after more than a year. He shared his gratitude for the energy he felt from the audience and promised to continue delivering better performances and his best self for the fans. He also encouraged fans to hold onto the joy of singing and hinted at the group’s upcoming album, teasing exciting new songs to look forward to.

With the heartfelt messages shared, the night concluded with the serene and emotional performance of “Heavenly,” as all seven members held hands and took a final bow. Bathed in the soft glow of the audience’s Neo Bongs, the stadium transformed into a futuristic dreamscape, marking the perfect and unforgettable close to the first full 7DREAM performance in Singapore.
