Chaeryeong of the girl group ITZY revealed that she has been conscious about managing her image since childhood, shocking netizens.

On the 5th, a video titled “Pride in Eating That Rivals Pringles… About a Whole Chicken and Meat Wraps” was posted on Hyeri‘s YouTube channel.

In the video, Chaeryeong attracted attention by saying, “If given the chance, I want to pursue acting and am preparing for it.

She said, “I tend to have intense mood swings, but I don’t express them. I’ve never lost my temper or raised my voice at anyone. I should be shouting, but I just can’t. At first, I couldn’t shout at all, and I realized I was really bad at it—it felt like bad acting.”

When Hyeri asked, “You don’t get angry?” Chaeryeong answered, “I silently curse to myself without others knowing. That helps me calm down a bit. I think, ‘They don’t know I’m thinking this,’ and keep a poker face, so I really don’t get angry,” bringing laughter.

Hearing this, Hyeri said with a distressed expression, “My emotions all show on my face, so it’s a big problem. I think I failed at image management,” to which Chaeryeong responded, “I’ve been managing my image since elementary school,” surprising everyone.
