With rapid changes in K-Pop and generational shifts, it’s no longer the same as when it first came out.

Reasons why K-Pop has started to become boring:

• The songs are less than three minutes long. It’s the worst when the song is only two minutes and thirty seconds.
• There are no more bridges or vocal competition.
• Although the song is less than three minutes long with only easy parts, the live vocals are still lacking.
• There are no official positions (main, lead, sub).

Most netizens agreed and pointed out English lyrics and vocals as the main problems.

• “English lyrics, vocals, and not being able to decipher different sections.”
