LE SSERAFIM is set to make their much-anticipated return to the Japanese music scene with their 4th Japanese single titled DIFFERENT, slated for release on June 24.
At midnight on April 24, the group (Kim Chae-won, Sakura, Heo Yun-jin, Kazuha, and Hong Eun-chae) unveiled a striking logo image through their official SNS channels. Each letter of the word “DIFFERENT” was uniquely crafted using visuals like roads, fences, heart motifs, and the group’s emblem—symbolizing LE SSERAFIM’s signature creativity and bold identity.
The new single comes just ahead of their highly anticipated 2025 Japan tour, EASY CRAZY HOT, which kicks off in Nagoya on May 6-7, followed by Osaka (May 13-14), Kitakyushu (June 7-8), and Saitama (June 12 and 14-15). With momentum from their sold-out concerts, anticipation for “DIFFERENT” is already reaching a fever pitch.
LE SSERAFIM continues to cement their position as a top-tier K-pop act in Japan, thanks to the massive success of their fifth mini-album HOT, released in Korea on March 14. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Oricon Daily Album Ranking (March 15) with over 69,000 copies sold in Japan on day one, and later topped the Weekly Digital Album Ranking after just three days of sales.
In another impressive milestone, HOT was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ), marking their fourth consecutive Gold Disc following UNFORGIVEN, EASY, and CRAZY.
Their international reach is also expanding—LE SSERAFIM’s first English digital single “Perfect Night” recently surpassed 200 million streams on Billboard Japan’s weekly streaming chart, released April 23.
With a strong foothold in both Korea and Japan, and an ever-expanding global fanbase, all eyes are on what LE SSERAFIM will deliver next with “DIFFERENT.”
