• Astro‘s Cha Eunwoo faces a 20 billion won surcharge for improperly handled taxes, the highest tax fine ever imposed on a Korean celebrity.
  • Cha may be held responsible for tax evasion through LLCs set up by his family members to funnel his personal income at a lower tax rate. Further investigation by tax authorities will center on if the LLCs that Fantagio contracted with were legitimate businesses that provided services.
  • The agency has pledged Cha’s full cooperation in clarifying the matter with authorities.

• Exo reclaimed their throne with the AI-heavy “Crown” MV.
• Catch the Young injected some much-needed energy into January with “Amplify.”
• Oneus dropped the single “Grenade.”
• M.O.N.T. charmed in a laid back performance video of their single “History.”
• Ahead of their US tour, 1Verse shared the MV for “Wide Awake Before I Fall (WABIF).”
• TNX requested you to just “Call Me Back” in their latest single.
• Momoland skipped ahead a season for “White Spring.”
• Zerobaseone put out the animated pre-release “Roses.”
  • The group returns February 2 with Re-flow.

• KiiiKiii hit on nostalgia in the MV teaser for “404 (New Era).” The group’s mini album Delulu Package drops on January 26.
• Billlie shared multiple snippets of their upcoming pre-release “Cloud Palace ~~ False Awakening,” out on January 27.
• 8Turn dropped an angsty teaser for their January 28 single “Bruise.”
• POW teased the two tracks on their single album Come True, which is set for release on January 28.
• Bilsterz‘s Sya began dropping individual track teasers for his first full solo album 23:24, scheduled to drop on February 3.
• Ateez released another batch of group teasers for Golden Hour: Part 4, out on February 6.
• Maiden announced a February 9 single album, Girl Meets Boy.
• I-dol plan to release the single “Mono” on February 27.
• Though no official comeback date has been given, Ive began to release cheeky teasers for their upcoming album, Revive+.
• Kiss of Life invited fans to “Guess the Next Era” in a teaser video for their return.

• Enhypen‘s Sunghoon will be a torchbearer in the lead-up to the Milan Cortina Olympics.
