Rising K-pop sensation Baby Monster is back, ready to make a bold statement with their second mini album, WE GO UP, dropped on October 10.
Following their first mini-album BABYMONS7ER and full-length release DRIP, this marks their third album in just a year and a half since their debut—showcasing their explosive growth and momentum. Their first world tour, HELLO MONSTERS, further solidified their global presence, heightening expectations for this comeback.
The title track, WE GO UP, is a dynamic hip-hop anthem that kicks off the album with BABYMONSTER’s signature energy and unstoppable rap. With a thrilling brass-driven introduction, the song delivers a powerful message: they are “game changers” poised to shake up the music world. Fans are also eagerly anticipating the performance, which promises stylish gestures and confident stage presence honed during their international tour. A cinematic music video and high-quality choreography video are set to add extra excitement.
The album features four tracks spanning diverse genres, highlighting BabyMonster’s versatility. The second track, PSYCHO, was even considered for the title track and blends hip-hop, dance, and rock elements into a uniquely addictive sound. SUPA DUPA LUV explores mature emotions through an R&B-hip-hop lens. At the same time, WILD brings a country-pop dance vibe with refreshing guitar riffs and polished beats—demonstrating the group’s ability to master multiple concepts.
Baby Monster’s global influence continues to grow. Their first world tour spanned 20 cities, featuring 32 shows, and drew roughly 300,000 fans. As a result, they became the fastest K-pop girl group to reach 10 million YouTube subscribers.
