In her latest Instagram updates, the global superstar included a photo of herself posing with Dominic Fike, an American singer-songwriter and rapper who is also known for his acting role in Euphoria.

The photo captured Dominic embracing Jennie in a “back hug,” with Jennie pressing her cheek against his.

Assumed to be part of the promotion for her collaboration, “Love Hangover,” the photo received tremendous attention…

…though it made some fans do a double take.

Multiple comments mentioned BTS‘s V, pointing out whatever resemblance they saw in Dominic Fike with Jennie’s fellow K-Pop star and alleged ex-boyfriend.

Others swooned over the spark captured in the photo, asking if there might be something in the air between the two.

Given how viral the photo alone has become in half a day, it’s unfathomable what kind of buzz the release of “Love Hangover” will create!

Following Jennie’s announcement of “Love Hangover,” interest grows among fans who had not discovered Dominic Fike before. Amid the interest, Dominic Fike also uploaded a short video on Instagram seemingly teasing new music.
