Since his debut single, “I Caught A Light,” dropped in late 2023, Francis Doom has been quietly building momentum, releasing a series of captivating singles that showcase his songwriting talent and sonic exploration. He was aided with the help of fellow OWEL member/bassist Nunzio Moudatsos to record the 10 songs. The bones of the songs would be classic, while the flesh around the bones would feel modern. The descriptive words that came to mind were “like a ballroom, on fire, in space.”
