Gong Yoo Reveals Texts With Top Actress Full Of Playful Banter

Fans can’t get enough of this adorably chaotic friendship between top actors Gong Yoo and Seo Hyun Jin. On July 26, Gong Yoo took to Instagram to post a photo of a coffee truck gifted to him by none other than his Trunk co-star Seo Hyun Jin. Along with the photo, he added the caption, “I mean, thanks… but still.”

The truck was sent to the set of Netflix’s upcoming drama Slow and Intense (working title), where Gong Yoo and Song Hye Kyo are currently filming. In a hilarious text exchange between Gong Yoo and Seo Hyun Jin as revealed by the latter, the two had bickered over the coffee truck.

The savage but playful back-and-forth instantly had fans loving their “bickering sibling” energy. Song Hye Kyo, who’s also starring in the drama, posted a photo of cookies with Gong Yoo’s face as stickers, captioning it with the nickname “Dongbaragi”—a cute term that implies admiration and affection (a play on sunflower and his name “Dong”).

With a stacked cast including Seolhyun, Cha Seung Won, and Lee Honey, Slow and Intense is already generating major buzz—and it hasn’t even aired yet.
