OG K-Pop Idol Calls Out Fans For Hypocritical Attitude Towards Stars Dating

Shinhwa‘s Jun Jin was one of the most popular idols of his time. In the first generation, the top boy groups were H.O.T and Shinhwa, alongside Sechkies.

Jun Jin recently guested on Baek Ban Gi Haeng, where he shared how touching it was to see his fans come to his concerts with their families. As their fans are well in their thirties and forties now, they would often bring their husbands and kids to Shinhwa’s concerts. He expressed his gratitude but also brought up a lingering doubt in his mind.

Now, they come as families of three generations. I would not have been able to see this if I were not a part of Shinhwa. This is all due to the fans’ support and love. But if there’s something that the members are a little bit upset at, it’s how the fans all get married and come to the concert with their husbands and kids, but they keep telling us not to get married.

Jun Jin himself is married to Ryu Yi Seo, a former flight attendant.

Currently, three out of six of the Shinhwa members are married.
