Saki is actually LE SSERAFIM member Sakura! Her full name is Sakura Miyawaki. So, Saki was created by taking the beginning and ending of her name: SA-kura Miyawa-KI. You will also notice that she doesn’t sing this line but instead might respond/pose.

The LE SSERAFIM members previously confirmed Saki as Sakura’s nickname in an April live broadcast after fans’ curiosity arose when the group teased “1-800-hot-n-fun” at Coachella.
