It's no secret that BTS' Jungkook is an adoring dog dad, following the opening of his Instagram account for his beloved Doberman, Bam.

The youngest member of BTS has taken his adoration a step further, opening a YouTube account to document the dog's life.

The account, @60ww0w_6am, titled "Bam's Dad," was announced as a link in the bio of the matching Instagram account, @bowwow_bam.

The rare move has excited fans due to Jungkook's notoriety for having an elusive social media presence.

While the channel does not yet have any released content, it has already amassed over half a million eager followers.

A few fans noted that the account was created in January 2016 and may have been started with the intention to connect with fans.

"He made the channel in 2016. I think he's just updated the channel name," said one.

"Since he's currently serving, it seems like he'll probably start uploading videos after he's discharged, haha," said another.

"Jungkook, please upload lots of videos of Bam. And Bam... upload videos of Jungkook too," requested one excited ARMY.

"He hasn't uploaded a single video yet, but he already has 300,000 subscribers — Bam's dad is something else, haha!" said another.

Jungkook enlisted in South Korea's military in December 2023 as part of the country's compulsory service requirement.

He is expected to return in June 2025, when all seven members of the mega group are expected to be reunited.

BTS' label, HYBE, has announced a full comeback planned for 2026.

"We are currently discussing (BTS') full-fledged group activities for 2026 with the members," said HYBE's chief financial officer, Lee Kyung-jun, during the company's third-quarter earnings call.

"Plans for 2026 have not yet been finalized. While a full-group comeback (of BTS) would indeed generate significant revenue, the growth of other artists and new business ventures means that BTS' share of overall revenue is not likely to be as high as in the past."
